On Friday, September 11, different sightseeing events like a guided stadium tour of the home of Hannover’s Bundesliga Team (German Premier League) “Hannover 96” or a city tour are offered.

A detailed time schedule is available at the Team Information Centre

For taking part in one of the activities, please come to the counter that will be established in front of the catering tent half an hour before the chosen activity begins.

The capacitiy is limited – places will be assigned to the participants on first come first serve basis. 

Event of Nations

On Friday, September 11, the City of Hannover will host a reception and official dinner for two representatives of each participating university, for representatives of the participating sports associations, of Leibniz Universität Hannover and of the Organising Committee.

The accreditation ID, together with the invitation, is valid as admission ticket to the event.

Farewell Party

In cooperation with Hannover’s Students Rowing Association “Angaria” a Farewell Party will be organized!

When? September, 12 from 20:00 h!

We kindly ask for your understanding that entry for people carrying bottles or people obviously drunken will be rejected.

Entrance only with Accreditation ID.

There will be a shuttle service from three hotels to the Farewell Party.

From 23:30 to 2:00 shuttle busses will bring you back to the assembly points every 30 minutes.
